New Bell Music’s new artist Tata releases his debut video “Contri Boy Remix” ft. Pascal and Tilla on Friday, September 25. The striking visuals for Tata’s single "Contri Boy Remix" are the unique blend of contemporary urban hip hop and traditional Cameroonian/African elements. Armed with New Bell Music artists, Pascal and Tilla, Tata’s video captures Cameroon’s finest MCs showcasing their Pidign bars and punchlines verse after verse.
The song is nothing but flows on flows on flows with Pidgin, English, and a bit of Limbum (his native dialect)."Contri Boy Remix" is a dark original trap song containing flutes, drums and vocal samples inspired from a traditional dance called “Nfuh” from the North West region of Cameroon.
The visuals are striking, unsettling, and fun, with traditional Cameroonian/African elements mixed with contemporary, urban hip hop. Directed by Ndukong and produced by Kiloh, the "Contri Boy Remix" is a combination of the best artists and producers in New Bell Music. Tata recently released an “Et P8 Koi Freestyle” and first single “Contri Boy” prior to the Remix. Pascal released his first single “Mon Nom” featuring Tilla in September.
