Web Developers Job Description:

Objectives:
• Design mobile Applications and e-platforms for music streaming, and sales of albums
• Set of Web Configurations for TOP Charts Billboards, number of streams, and downloads on a track song.
• creation of a social sharing platform for exchange of music between artists, recording labels and fans
  
  Ideal Profile:
• individual with experience in web development and application p
• roficiency in technologies like JAVA Script in particular AngularJS, TypeScript, Ionic2, NodeJS
• Living in Cameroon, ideally Yaounde (but not so extreme)
• Great Team work, capable of working unsupervised and great strength of proposal

Commercials:

Objectives:
• Brining in new customers to the company by putting into practice different marketing skills
• building customer loyalty, offering them complementary offers and promotions that match with their needs and wants
• communicate the company’s services and available advertising opportunities to various target audience
  
  Ideal Profile:
• Organised independent with a strong force of proposal and persuasion
• able to work under pressure remotely
• Passion for Music, understanding the business running within the music industry
• capable to market advertising space online to targeted audience

Community Managers:

Objectives:
• creating compelling marketing content in accordance with the Graphic department to daily interact and engage with various online users throughout the entire social platforms of the company
• drive in traffic and build in customer loyalty through various CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and increase sales on various online items within the online store
• increase awareness of particular products/services offered by the company while applying digital marketing and branding techniques Ideal Profile:
• Good understanding of Social Media and an active usage of at least 3 social media
• Great communication skills (if Bilingual advantageous)
• Sociable, capable of integrating to a rapid change within social media
• Great understating of social marketing
